Co sleeping help

Just wondering if anyone has any tips? My 9 months old and I have co slept all her life, it’s always just been me and her in bed. The past few nights my partner has been coming into bed around midnight and as soon as my baby senses he’s there she wakes and up and is super happy to see him and wants to play. It takes over 2 hours to get her to chill out enough to go back to sleep by which my partner has taken off to the sofa.. any advice? Thanks

Co-sleeping Mummy here. My DD is 13 months old.
We have co slept since birth with my husband in the bed also.
I could only suggests that maybe just for one week he goes to bed at the same time as you. And maybe eventually leaving it half hour then an hour etc just to break that excitement of your daughter sensing he's around.
