Hi all interested to hear what your 6mo routines are? I’m really struggling with the balance between day and night - baby loves to nap but is bad at night/early waking. I’ve tried to cut back on his naps but he gets so overtired and grizzly. What routines do you have? Have much day time sleep? Do you feed over night?

Sleep begets sleep was the best advice I had at that age. The more DD slept in the day, the better she was at night. And yes, feed overnight, much too young to night wean unless their choice.
DD is 5 now, so hopefully someone will be along with more detail for you.

Our routine varies a lot but vaguely is this:

6am wake up
9am-10am nap
1-2pm nap
4-5:30pm nap
8:30pm bedtime

This is based on if we go out for a walk etc during the day as when we're out he doesn't nap for long-generally just for an hr. if we are at home for nap times he sleeps for 1.5-2hrs for every nap

At night he wakes to feed and for comfort, I BF him. I don't count how many times he wakes up at nights as I'd probably cry
