8 month old schedules

Anyone have any advice or can share their schedule for 8/9 month old?

I'm wondering if I have a good schedule and how to move DD (nearly 9 months) to an earlier bedtime...I think part of the issue is the later morning wake up - I know that's a benefit in some ways but I don't get any evening at the moment....

8/8.30am Wake up
Feed (breastfed) #has about 6/8 bf across day
9.30am Breakfast
11/12 nap - depends...30 mins or 90 mins
1/130 lunch
Out for walk in afternoon
3/3.30 30/40 min nap - doesn't always happen!
430/500 reading time
6/630 dinner
7 bath
730 lots of nursing!....
830/930 finally asleep....may wake up at 10.30pm and then back down till one night feed at 3/4am
Wakes up 8/8.30am in the morning

How do I get an earlier bedtime to happen around 7/7.30pm for a 7/730am wake up?
I have tried moving things back - there ends up a lot of fussing and napping between 7 and 8pm..... and then awake again....

My DD is about the same age, this is our loose routine:
Wake between - 6.15am to 7am
Nap - 9.15 - 10am
Nap - 1pm - 2.30pm
Bed - 6.30/6.45 pm

Maybe try moving it earlier by ten mins each night but the most important thing id say is get baby up a bit earlier. If you want a 7pm bedtime aim for a 7am wake up time

Thanks for your reply....so I did try the earlier wake up yesterday ... woke her at 7.30am.

She went to bed at 7pm....which was good. However then woke at 7.40 and didn't go back down till 8.40pm......

The daynaps went something like 10.40 to 11.00pm and 145pm to 2.15pm on afternoon walk in the pram.....

I tried with the 9.30am nap but she just would not go down.

How do you do the 2 hour window correctly?

She may need a little bit longer awake time than 2 hours, maybe 2 hours 20/30? You could always try the 2 3 4 routine but tweek it a little to see if that works? So nap 2 and a half hours after first wake then 3 hours after wake from first nap then bedtime 4 hours after wake from second nap. So try up at half seven, nap 10 until 10.30 then nap until 1 until 2.30/3 if she will nap for that long? Then bed around seven? If she only does 30 min naps try 10am 1pm and then a 15/20 min nap at around 3.45/4pm to see her through until bed time. You will have to be consistent for a few days to see which works best.

My 8Mo almost 9Mo is pretty much the same as SS1987. Wake up can be anytime onwards from 5.45 Confused

I will give those a try....

Last night was hard going as she went to bed at 7.30 but was then awake 40 mins later and then slept an hour. She woke then at 2am and 5.30ambut went back down till she was chatting to herself around 8am.

Naps were terrible ! Didn't nap until 11.45am to 12.15! Tried fir naps that afternoon, felt like that was all I did! Gave in and let her have a 15 min nap at 4.45!

Exhausted. She has had red cheeks last couple of days- could be teething.

I feel a bit hopeless in the evenings as I'm anxious it will be another long night. I try to do bath and then bed by 7pm.....
