3 month sleep regression?

My little boy is three months and for the past 2/3 weeks has been waking every 3 hours for a feed. I feed him at 8pm then he goes to bed. We have no problems with him falling to sleep on his own or going back to sleep after a feed.

The problem is that from him being 5 weeks(ish) to 9 week(ish) he slept quite happily from about 9pm until 4am and then woke again around 7am.

Is there anything I can do to help reverse this backwards step? I thought it would sort itself out but it seems to be taking a long time! He is ebf, and has a dummy which helps him settle.

Baby sleep isn’t linear, never get used to good sleep because they’ll change suddenly and be shit again!

Honestly, just riding it out is the only way. He’s still tiny, waking every 3 hours is perfectly normal, if not tiring. Dd was waking every 45mins at that age, I do not miss it!
