Ds2 is trying to drop his (never very well established) nap.

he generally takes it anywhere between 10am and 2 pm and he hasn't had it today, he's sitting in his rocky chair looking droopy, but NOT SLEEPING.

He is only 15 months old, not even walking yet, please tell me how I can encourage a nap out of him!

Don't worry - I've had phases of thinking my ds was doing the same thing and wondering how to cope. Usually he skips maybe 2 days and then is back on track.
