Morning,
My 18 month old has recently (last 3 weeks) started waking for the day anytime between 4.30 and 5.15am. Prior to this, she was sleeping till around 6am. We had visitors staying with us which meant we had to sleep in DDs room and her sleep went all disrupted while they were over. Then she had vaccinations which made her rough for a couple of days. She's also started a new nursery full time so it's been a tough few weeks for her. At nursery all the toddlers sleep from 12 till around 1.30ish which is what she was doing in previous nursery and at home so not out of routine there. Problem is with her very early waking she's now struggling to make it till lunchtime as she's exhausted so a couple of times this week has had to have 2 naps at nursery just to make it through the day.
She goes to bed around 6.30-6.45pm and falls asleep straight away on her own. We've tried earlier bedtimes and later bedtimes, giving her a bit of milk to try and get her back to sleep, ignoring her, bringing her into our bed but nothing is working. She usually poops first thing so sometimes when we go in to her she needs changing and always wants food pretty much straight away after she gets up.
Help! I'm 30 weeks pregnant and having to go to bed at about 8pm just to get through a day at work!
Any tips/instant cures??
