10 month old bedtime routine

Hi

I wonder if anyone has any advice please, my 10 month old naps really good in a morning- come 2 hours after wake up she goes down without fuss in her cot and has a good sleep.

Her afternoon nap can sometimes be fought but she usually has a couple of hours in the morning so I do what I can do in an afternoon.

Bedtime is quite different, my husband normally does bedtime with her as we've got a 2 year old aswell who I put to bed at night. But we've got her into a good routine of bedtime usually around 7, 630 if she's not really napped very good. She has her bottle and needs holding to sleep the majority of the time, if you put her down drowsy she cries and obviously we can't leave her to cry as it's not fair on my 2 year old. So my husband generally holds her/rocks her until she's asleep and puts her down- I know this is major rod for own back but you do what you can do right?!

But I wondered if anyone has any advice as it's far from ideal. I'm hoping it'll be a phase that we get through, just seems a long old one if it is. Her sleeping isn't as good as it has been at the minute due to teething but she's always been like this settling off to be honest. Some nights are easier than others though and she will go off better than others!

Any advice what you all do would be great! X
