Toddler bed transition

We've recently put our 2yr 2 month year old in a toddler bed as she learnt to climb out of her cot, albeit badly.

She's gone from sleeping through the night to waking without fail every night for a week.

Has anyone done this transition and has any tips?

We did this recently. Ds woke nightly for just over a week but has slept through since except for the odd occasion when he has lost dummy

Just in case it’s caused by losing the duvet, get one of those elastic clippy-things that pass under the bed and clip on to the duvet either side? If no cause, it’s probably just novelty and will pass.

Thanks ladies. Clips have been ordered on Amazon prime. Fingers crossed for a better sleep tonight!

We had this with DS. Ended up getting a single with a bed guard and has been great since
