My 7MO was always a good sleeper since she turned 6MO she is up nearly every hour, she goes down around 7pm and has a nice long stretch till 12 then after that she's been getting up every hour Hmmshe's been eating some bottle when she gets up or just needs help to go back to sleep. Does anyone know how I can help her sleep through? She's turning into a crabbit baby as she's always tired during the day now and she just fights sleep all day unless we actually sit and rock her and she sleeps on top of one of us! Anyone??

My first thought is to always blame teething! If it isn't that, a change in body temp being waking her up? Maybe a sleeping bag would work, it also helps them move around a bit less. You could put the radio on in her room so there's some background noise that comforts her. If she settles quickly again maybe it is a separation anxiety. It's all a phase, keep that mantra and try a few things and it will pass! Good luck... hope you like coffee! BrewSmile

Baby sleep is not a linear thing. They all go through stages of sleeping well and then terribly. It’s totally normal, if not horrendous when they wake all the bloody time.

She sounds overtired, the fighting sleep bit especially. What are her naps like during the day? What time is bedtime?

She already sleeps in a sleeping bag it's weird coz she always slept well lol! She usually goes down around 7/7.30 as she's way too tired to stay up any longer, she sleeps terrible during the day I usually try and get her out in the buggy but takes a good hour for her even to shut her eyes cos she's so nosey Shock
