5am wake ups?!

Hi everyone, my DS is 8 and a half months and has always been a poor sleeper. However recently I've made some progress and he's started sleeping through from 7-5 with a dream feed at half 9. Im incredibly lucky that this is happening, just wondering if there are any tips to try and get him to sleep past 5am? He used to sleep until 6/6.30 which I'm happy with, just not impressed with the 5am wake up call 😂🙈 any tips would be great!
Thank you :)

Took mine 5 years to start waking up later. Sometimes they're just early wakers (mine were/are all given same bedtime routine, blackouts in spring/summer etc, and they wake naturally at different times like clockwork). Make him run a marathon? Still woke early. Fed a banana before bed? Black out blinds? Nightlight? Etc etc - still woke early. It's only now he's older (almost 6) that this seems to be changing.

My 8 month old wakes at 6 most days and only goes back to sleep if I hold her, then I can roll her off me and get back to sleep, but that's the only way she sleeps until 7 or 8.
