3 year old sleep

Hi all, I posted a few months ago and got some great help, so wondering if you can all do the same for me again. My 3 year old dropped naps about 6 months ago. If she gets a good night’s sleep, she doesn’t need one, and if she does have a nap any longer than dropping off for a few minutes, she is up until 10pm.

She goes to bed at 6.30 and on a ‘good’ night will sleep through until 6.15. However, she will often wake earlier, or (like last night) wake in the night, initially asking to go to the toilet, but then asking about various other things and wanting me to stay with her.

At night, when she initially settles I have found that I have to just leave her (she will usually shout or cry for a few minutes), otherwise she won’t go to sleep, or she wakes up a lot more in the night and will only sleep with us there. She also wants lots of lights on, which can’t help her sleep. I have been trying to only respond to her at night with a kiss, and a “night night”, but as it goes on for hours, I do sometimes crumble, and last night we both slept in the spare room just to get her to bed. If she wakes early, or is up in the night she is very grumpy the next day, so she needs the sleep, but how can I help her get it?
I have a baby and a si. Year old (who shares a room with the 3 year old, and sleeps like a rock!).

My 3 year old is a bright, caring fun monster, who really thrives on routine.

Any advice please?!? Tired Mum.

Also, she seems to need to go to sleep at 6.39, she’s very tired by that time, and if I try to put her to bed later, she still wakes early. tIA
