9mo waking 30 minutes after settling for the night

My 9mo DS self settles at night but wakes 30-50 minutes after screaming! He can't resettle despite attempts. At the moment I am feeding him and end up cosleeping because otherwise I'd be out of bed every 30mins, an hour or sometimes if I'm lucky two. About a month ago, he was sleeping well and had a 10 hour stretch one night. He then got ill, then was teething and no can't settle himself at all. Part of me thinks he may still be teething (not sure the teeth are fully through yet) but if he manages to settle first of all, shouldn't he be okay after that?

Our routine at the moment is:

5:45am wake up
8:15-8:45 first nap
9:00-9:30 wake up
12:30-1:00 second nap
2:00-2:30 wake up
6:30-7:00 bedtime

Can anyone shed any light? A million things go through my mind (teething, overtired, separation anxiety etc) but I have no idea.

FTM needing help. I keep reminding myself this could just be a phase but it's sooo hard! I'm so tired.

He could be overtired. Google sleep cycles for 9 months old, they should give you an idea of how long he should be awake between naps and it’s less than you would think.
