4 months sleep regression

How long did it last for everyone else?

DS is just coming up to 5 months and the last 2 weeks has been waking up through the night (not hungry, doesn't want feeding.)

Just wondering how long it lasted for other people and any useful tips? I've ended up most nights bringing him into my bed at 2am and he settles a bit better (ish)...

Feels worse than when he was newborn!

Hi, my DD has always been a terrible sleeper so I didn't notice the regression starting (if it ever did) but she woke every 1.5 hours and only settled once in bed with me. The past week she's been much better and will stay in her cot all night but still wakes up. Last night she woke up 3 times which is the best she's been! I BF but give her a bottle of formula before bed so I know she's full and have started giving her a comforter with my scent on. She also has continuous white noise on. So whether it's all of these factors I don't know, perhaps she would have got there on her own. She's just about to turn 6 months, so hopefully not long for you!

The 4 month one lasted a couple of weeks for us, the 8 month one was worse Confused

I think you just need to do whatever gets you through. My 1yo has been in bed with me every morning because I'm not getting up at 4.30am! It's just a phase (hopefully)

Thank you for your replies ☺️ I am hoping it's going to be a quick phase as I currently feel like a zombie trying to keep a 3 year old amused all day too!!
