Hello baby is almost 4months. We badly co sleep and are going away in two weeks time. Getting a travel cot seems like a waste of money. If anything was just going to use the bassinet from the pram. Anyone else done this?

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Yep I’ve used the pram-on the pram base as then also level with mattress.

Does the place you are staying have one you could borrow? Most hotels seem to have one if you request in advance.

I used ours as a playpen, it was ideal if I wanted to nip to the loo, at night I just used to dump all the toys in it.

They are useful as playpens to put the baby in, in the morning when you are all trying to get ready!

Thanks, I do have one, but limited space in car and as she barely sleeps anyway seems wasted space.. Although as a playpen with other kids running around I guess it is still useful! Good point. It’s more to check prams are safe for overnight sleeping but cannot see why not!
