14 month old nap

Hello! I need some advice on my 14 months old son. So my son goes to bed at 7-7:30pm and sleeps through the night and wakes at 5-5:30am then he has a nap 8-9am for around 2 hours and then he has a second nap around 2-3 for about an hour but recently his morning nap has shortened and has been refusing or struggling with his second nap, so I've decided he is now ready to change to 1 nap a day. So now he will go to bed at 7pm wakes at 5am going down for a nap anywhere from 10am - 11am but he will only nap for an hour max is this enough sleep? I've seen most babies at this age are sleeping 12 hours a night and still napping for 2 hours. I'm just not sure he is getting enough sleep. Also tonight I'm planning on trying to bring his bedtime to 6pm to is that helps. Thanks in advance xx

Can you try keeping him up until 11am, have an early lunch to fill him up then see if that helps. May help with getting a longer nap then it's not quote such a stretch to bedtime either.
