Self settling

My LO has just turned 5 months old and will only fall asleep if either rocked or fed or in the car/pram.
She still wakes in the night 3/4 times (she is solely Breastfed) but occasionally does self settle herself during this time as she sleeps for 3-4hours per feed.

How can I get her to self settle to sleep for naps and at bedtime?? Her daytime sleep is generally one sleep cycle so about 30 mins, if we're out or in the car this does sometime last an hour!
We have a routine at night and I try and lay her down when she is calm and rested but after a while she kicks about and gets upset.

Any tips on what I could try??
All advice hugely appreciated!

At around 5 months we gave ours a little bunny to have in the cot, it has long ears and lil legs that he sucks on and it soothes him to sleep. Don' know how he'd manage without it!
