My baby girl is 5 months nearly 6 and I have to rock her to sleep every night and even in the night about 4-5 times, I was wondering if you could help me with what I could do?

Hi @katiecore1234, my DS is nearly 7 and a half months old and has always been a terrible sleeper, waking several times a night and needing rocking/feeding back to sleep. I bought a book on Amazon called the baby sleep guide by Stephanie modell, and since reading it and using the advice given, he has slept through the night a few times and if he does wake he just needs patting on his back and not even picking out of his cot! I've stopped feeding to sleep and that's been a massive help. I don't know if your LO is bottle or breast fed? How are daytime naps? Hope you get some sleep soon :)
