How do you sleep train...?

When you have other DC? DD1 has only just started sleeping in her own bed. She’s always been a shit sleeper from day dot & still wakes a few times during the night for a quick cuddle. She is 3.5.
DD2 is only still a bambino (7 months) has been co-sleeping with us the past 6 weeks & I’m starting to think I’m making a rod for my own back here.
On a serious note how do people sleep train when you have other children?
Is she too young to sleep train anyway? Don’t get me wrong I love the cuddles & I want to cherish them forever but I really don’t know if I can give my bed up for another 3 years again.
We didn’t do any sleep training with DD1 so that’s why she was in our bed for 3 years!

We haven't sleep trained for this reason too. My DD is 9 years and can't stand hearing DS cry or if he's up she wants to be up too so we are currently muddling along still. I'm hoping in easter holidays that DD can stay with grandparents for a couple nights and sleep train DS

It’s tough one isn’t it, ideally that’s what we need but our families are never too keen to have DD1 overnight because of her sleep issues.

I watched a video on YouTube by Emily Norris that really helped me. It's only about 6 minutes so worth a watch
