Something wrong?

Hello everyone Smile
My DS is 7months old and is still a terrible sleeper. In fact much worse than when he was a newborn and I'm beginning to wonder if something could be 'wrong'. Family are suggesting taking him to doctors but not sure what I'm even asking?!
He's breast fed on demand (EBF for 5 months) and now is weaning well and has a bottle of formula before bed (in the hope of more sleep but it has made no difference) .
He wakes 1-2 hourly all night and is just screaming and back arching, legs arms flying everywhere until I pick him up. Sometimes he will feed, sometimes just needs dummy, sometimes needs rocked, other times just needs 're-set' for want of a better description and will go back down awake and fall asleep?!
Why would he be so unsettled? Is he too old to suffer with reflux? CMPI? Teeth?? I've tried with calpol and teething gels etc. Just don't know what to do and it doesn't seem normal 😞 Hes content enough in day 99% of the time
Thanks in advance for any suggestions x
