Sleep worries

Hi possibly after some advice or word of wisdom really. So my lb is about 7 and a half months old. He slept at night really well when he was born up until 4 months. From 4 to 6 months we had a horrendous time with hourly wakings but when he turned 6 months we moved him into his own room and did some sleep training he has slept amazing. He will sleep either 11 to 12 hours nonstop or with one wake about 3 to 4am. Anyway the last week he has started waking more but the only thing that will settle him is milk and I'm worried about over feeding him, we are weaning but struggling so he isn't getting a lot of calories from food. I'm just worried that he's having too much milk and that it seems to be he only way yo settle him, he was doing so well and I feel like we've gone a bit backwards and not sure what to do if I just feed him or more sleep training or what?!

Can you increase the last feed of the night?
Could be habit waking or could be hungry.
I’d be inclined to give him the milk in the short term but if you want to stop the night milk just offer cooled boiled water instead.
I wouldn’t worry too much about iverfeeding if you are only offering one additional bottle - does he take it all? Might be a growth spurt.
