4 am monster

Hi my little girl is coming up to seven weeks and we re having issues sleeping around the 4 am mark.

Must start with
1.She is on ranitidine for silent reflux

  1. She sleeps in the pram bassinet in a next to me crib on a slight incline.
  2. Exclusively breast fed.
  3. We try and bathe her every other night as part of a night time routine.

She hates being laid down flat anyway and when she's on a tilt she kicks about so much she ends up at the bottom of the pram.

She starts sleeping around 8-9pm and will do two hourly stints until 4 am upon when I lay her down, you can time it until she starts making chuffing/coughing/choking noises and kicking out in her sleep until she wakes herself up fully and then it's hard to settle her down for the next hour or two.

What's going on??

Also should I try to swaddle her again? We did try at new born but she didn't like it.

I feel like I'm doing something wrong
