6 month old wakes every hour

Hi all,

I feel I have done the whole sleep thing so wrong that DD is never going to sleep through and I don't know what to do 🙈.

She has never been a good sleeper but when she was around 3 months I felt like we were getting somewhere with some 4/5 hour stretches. However, she suffers with eczema on her face and around this time it became really out of control, became infected and was keeping her awake. So around this time we began co-sleeping which helped her get a little sleep and I could stop her rubbing her face.

Now 6 months, we are doing a mixture of co-sleeping and her sleeping in a next to me crib. I always attempt the crib but sometimes she just won't settle and putting her in bed with me seems to be the only way to get some sleep.

She has a bedtime routine and we try to put her down around 7pm but she will then wake up every hour wanting to bf. I've tried sshing, pick up put down, cuddling/rocking but she just nuzzles in for a feed and gets really distressed if I don't give in. We've also tried DH going in to settle her but this has never worked. There was one occasion when he managed to settle her back to sleep but when he put her back in the crib she woke up 🙈.

Please help!
