My baby hasn't been a great sleeper from the start - but as she is my 3rd I had made me peace with this. But the last few weeks she has been poorly - bronchiolitis first then a sick bug 5 days ago. So now she has gone back to serious cat napping in the day (usually in the bouncer!), extremely difficult to settle to bed and waking God know how many times a night - the other day it was hourly.
I comforted myself that when she felt better it would get better, but now she has started flipping to her tummy in the night. Not a problem in itself...But I still swaddled and put her dummy in... So now it seems a bit dangerous (even though she has a strong neck and can hold it up well). I literally have no idea how to transition out if swaddling as I didn't really have to do it consciously with my other 2. If I put her down for a nap with her arms out, she just goes crazy grabbing everything (including her face) then gets over tired and screams/ cries until I wrap her up again and pop her dummy in.
Basically.... Help!!
