4.5 month old dropping nap?

DD2 I should 4.5 months old and (I believe) finished her 4 month sleep regression. It was 6 weeks of hell during which both DD1 and DD2 had chicken pox. She’s less easily woken up, sleeping lightly longer stretches but still not as long as before the regression. Barring a wee cold last week she seems to have finished the regression a week or so ago.
However her naps are a bit of a mess. She is waking up from her second nap a total grump. However I can’t get her back to sleep immediately. So she’ll be awake for 20-40 minutes grumping before going back to sleep. Usually she does 35-45 minutes but seems to do a good hour to hour and a half after the brief wake up. Usually she’s better after that. Do you think she’s trying to go down to 3 naps but just struggling to link sleep cycles? My gut tells me that’s what’s happening but DD1 never struggled at transitioning naps, she just did it. DD2 has also started getting more total sleep at night, so rather than 10-10.5 we are getting around 11 hours (obviously still waking up a bit through the night).

I’m just concerned as she’s normally a pretty content baby but she’s turning into a grumpy mess. I’m working on helping her link sleep cycles but so tired of being pinned to the house trying to get her to sleep properly!
