Hello,

I’m exremely new to forums so bare with me please 😂

I’m looking for some tips in getting my 8 months old girl to sleep through or even a good few hours without waking.

Day times since birth she’s always cluster fed, always on the bottle. But night times she’d happy feed 4oz then sleep four hours.

Now, she falls asleep around 8/9pm, she has a nap at 11am for around 30/40 minutes. Then naps again around 4pm for the same time.

Once she’s fallen asleep, she will wake every 20 mins or so until 11ish taking only 2 Oz or just needing her dummy in to settle. I’ve tried to keep feeling but she pushes the bottle away.

On the good nights she wakes around 3am & then 7am which is when I get up for the school run. But on a bad night it could be about three times waking for more milk. She’s bottle fed.

She’s on solids but not breakfast, dinner, tea as she was becoming extremely constipated so it’s a yogurt a day, & finger foods,(baby crisps, rice cakes, biscuits.

I’d really like some info as I feel there’s something I can do to change this but I’m stuck on what it is.

Thankyou for Listening xxx
