Can anyone recommend a light alarm clock that's not a night light

I'm sleep training my 1 year old for the second time and she's accepting the whole "stay in your bed, it's 3am" routine really well but because we have blackout blinds in her room and they can't be taken down easily, I feel that she needs to understand when it is ok to call out to us when she's up for the day. At the moment she wakes between 5 and 6am and it's pitch black all over the house. I want her to be able to differentiate between morning and night as I feel it's a guessing game for her at the moment and it doesn't seem fair.

Can anyone recommend an alarm clock that lights up at a specific time but is not on all night? Also it must not tick or make any other noises as my daughter is a ridiculously light sleeper!

Many Thanks in advance Smile

There's a Phillips Lumie range of sunset and sunrise alarms which you can programme to gently fade to darkness and then gently come on like a sunrise. This would be suitable. Also very good for adults in winter/northern hemisphere!
