4 month old sleep regression

Hi all, I'm just looking for some advice/tips/moral support that this won't always be the way lol. My four month old has started waking every 45 mins to an hour at night. Take last night for example she went down around 8:30, then she woke up at 9:30, I got her back to sleep at 10pm. She slept til 4am, I changed her, fed and burbed her and she went back down but then proceeded to wake ever 45mins to and hour. I did feed her after her first feed at 4am, but then I just soothed her and popped her dummy back when she woke after that and she went off. The night before was worse as she woke every hour until 11, slept til 3am and then woke every hour. Just wondering whether anyone else has experienced this and what I can do to get her back into her previous sleeping cycle? I should add she's EBF and has never slept completely through the night yet, she still wakes for a 3am feed. Thanks in advance 😀

I think most of us will be able to relate I’m afraid 😩it’s have to ride it out, the older she gets the better her sleep will get... hopefully 🤞🏻 Two things that will more than likely help are co sleeping (saved my sanity for a few weeks) and gentle sleep training but she’s still so young. My DD started improving st around 5/5 and a half months when we done some gentle training (putting down awake and falling asleep by herself)
