Hi, I was wondering if anyone had any luck using a sleep consultant to help both naps and nighttime sleep? My baby is nearly 5 months and sleep is a nightmare, last night he woke every 45 minutes! Sad

I asked to see one and was no help what so ever think I was just unlucky
All I was advised is to stop expressing to reduce my supply and not worry if my baby wasn’t drinking any formula or milk or water as long as he was eating custard :/

She also said that I should leave him to cry and just check every minute. This was after I told her I was doing that for the last 2 months and he screams for 3/4 hours between feeds and leaving him doesn’t help anything but a needy baby the next day
Really wasn’t impressed with the woman.
