Evening meltdown help

Hello

Feeling a bit frazzled at evenings just now, I feel I'm missing something.

DD sixteen weeks today. Great during the day, happy, naps with no structure. Tends to go feed, play sleep. Dh comes in maybe six or seven and all hell breaks out. She feeds every three hours, last feed nine. Goes down ten to maybe two or three and then back down to six or seven.

I can't bring that evening feed forward, she does need it. She's just so miserable between seven and ten. Won't sleep, just crys. Any thoughts? Should I try and put in crib earlier and wake for last feed? She's clearly overtired but just won't settle.

So feeds 8, 12, 3, 6 and 9 then one in night, plus BF when wakes and in evening. Many thanks.

I remember my Bub at 16 weeks was fussy in the evening but I've always started the nighttime routine at the same time each night - it helped a lot!

Its a bath at 5.30pm and then wind down time - read, cuddle....then from 6.30 into PJs...last feed and then down for night at 7/7.30....

Wakes at midnight sometimes but usually sleeps till 4.40am - back down and awake for 7.30
