2 month old bedtime routine?

Hello everyone!
Just looking to hear others experiences, views, tips etc on bedtime routines Grin
When did you start yours?
What do you do?
I usually wind my 2 month old down at 9pm, give him a bottle and he's asleep by 10 (usually!), then up once at 3am for a feed for about an hour/and a half.
However, he's this week started to fall asleep naturally around 7.30/8pm so I've tried to keep him awake, so he lasts longer through the night (and I can make sure he has his last nappy and bottle).... is this a good idea or should I just go with what he wants to do?
Looking forward to hearing your stories and tips!! X

He should be in the room with you until 6 months. But if you bring him down after his bath that sounds like a great routine. If he naturally wants to drop off at 7:30 I wouldn’t keep him up any longer, he’ll wake in the night either way and you don’t want an overtired baby on your hands!
