Cot refusing 6 month old

My 6 month has coslept since birth which I'm fine with but unfortunately I've been struggling with anxiety & depression. My doctor is keen for me to try an antidepressant but obviously I don't want to bed share while on medication.

I have a cot in my room which I've started placing her in for naps. She'll only cat nap when in there then wakes & screams. At bedtime I've been sticking to routine then rocking to sleep then place in cot. (I've tried putting her in drowsy/awake). She occasionally sleeps for a little spell then is impossible to settle. I say impossible but I'm probably too tired to persevere. She's even worse when DH tries to settle her. I know I need to be consistent but does anyone have any tips on how make the transition?
