Everythings gone so wrong this past month. After sleeping really well from 2 months not only is he waking up through the night but this week he doesnt even want to go in his cot - screams the roof off! It even starts as soon as I carry him into his room. This was never an issue before.

I really dont know what to do. He has a routine bath, feed and bed which hasn´t changed so I just dont get it.
I am still BF same as always but have introduced 2 solid meals a day. Help!

Poor you. I had something a bit similar with my DS at this age. I put it down to new routines (solids), him realizing that he could have an effect on his environment, and teething. All the usual things apply: does his nappy need changing? Is he hungry? Is the room too light (and he's used to it being darker)? Assuming that all those are OK (which in my case they were) I in the end had to just tough it out. It didn't last too long - and I think it was realizing that an action by him had an effect on his parents. Good luck and I'm sure that other MNers have advice!

separation anxiety? resistance to you leaving him at night? Could be anything but one thing is for sure.....it is just a phase!
