Hi I'm a First time poster my 5 month old used to sleep in her cot in her own room from 8pm till around 5.30 the past week she has been going down at 8pm then waking up at 10 pm and won't go back down, every time I lie her down she cries and when I pick her back up she's fast asleep again we've started co sleeping just so we can get some sleep and she'll sleep for the full night beside me but I don't want her getting used to being in bed with us all the time any advice?

Could be a growth spurt or developmental leap, 5 months is an awful time for sleep! My DD was the same, we seem to be through it (fingers crossed) and have gone from 4 or 5 wake up to 8pm until 6am with one short wake up. I’d say keep co sleeping and it will pass

Fingers cross it'll pass then! Thank you :)
