That sounds hard to handel. If she is waking up at exactly the same time every night then Wake To Sleep could well help, its years since I've done it but it worked very well with my DD. I forget the precise timing but there is plenty on it in the MN archive, advance search Wake To Sleep in titles only and you should find it.

The archives are now so full that it's hard to find the useful stuff, I should have know! There's a good explanation of the method here childrenssleepconsultant.com/2018/09/28/the-wake-to-sleep-theory-explained/

I would check there isn’t a noise waking her. That’s what happened with my ds - once it was an alarm on a watch in his room (!) but too quiet to hear on the monitor. Another time it was the heating kicking in.

Also is she warm enough?

Is she cold?
Or even a sleepwalking thing?
