Baby sleeping too much??

Just lately my 6 month old baby has been having his last nap 5:00pm-6:30pm and back in bed for the night between 7:00-7:30pm until the same time the next morning. I've tried cutting the nap out but it doesn't work. Do you think he's sleeping too much??

Absolutely not! If your child is sleeping happily after that late nap and going all night then what's the issue?
They obviously want that sleep so as long as it's not affecting their sleep come bedtime after that long late nap, I wouldn't worry! If they wouldn't go to bed after it or were waking in the night then it'd be worth changing the nap time.. but I would be grateful LO settles off happily for the night. You have a baby that enjoys sleep Smile

Absolutely not!

Do everything possible to keep this!

Do they sleep at other times during the day?

If you have too much sleep, can we have some? 9 month old decided sleep was for wimps some time ago! X
