Hey guys. So my little girl is 4months old. Long story short she has never been a good sleeper always needs to be held to sleep etc. One day I figured that if I co slept with her she was able to lay down and nurse to sleep. Little did I know she would now only sleep that way. She is constantly waking up on the hour and will not sleep without me in that same way (nursing). I don't want to sleep with her. I have a next to me crib which she just will not settle in and I just don't think I can do the cry it out method. I really don't know what to do! I have no time at all to just re charge. Any tips. Am I alone in this situation?

Hard as it is, this is absolutely normal for a four month old. In my experience the only way to deal with it is acceptance - it won't feel nearly as stressful if you don't try to fight it.

Yup. Normal but hard.
You haven't caused this.

Pp is right about finding a way to accept cope with this temporarily.

Normal I’m afraid. Also google 4 month sleep regression...

No advice but for what it's worth you aren't alone. Do what works for you
