Hi.
So i have a month old. He goes to bed in sleepyhead in cot by 7 then has dream feed at 10ish then normally wakes for a feed at some point. He did start just waking in the night chatting for 10 mins and resettling with no food but then got a cold so needed food. Hes getting over cold but last night had dream feed then chatted for 10 mins at 2 then woke crying for food at 4.30 then spent ages chatting until he settled again
Does anyone elsesbaby do this? I am thinking of taking him out of sleepyhead as he might wanna kick but thats part of the reason i put him in it as he was waking up kicking around. Also at some point i wana put him in with his 3 year old sister. I think sooner but rather than later. What does anyone think? Any experience of any of the above? Thanks

It's advised to have them in the same room until 6 months so i wouldn't move them just yet

I was thinking about 6 months but not sure if this will disturb 3 year old

Mine is 7mos and went through a phase of waking for a feed and chatting after at 4-5am. Killer! He's naturally grown out of it now. Still in with me at the mo as some nights is feeding three/four times in the night (teething Hmm)

I do yes, he's in a sleepyhead in a chicco next to me. I tried taking away the sleepyhead but he woke more frequently, even though really he is too big for it now. As soon as I've sorted his room out he'll be moving into a cot but I'll keep the sleepyhead for a couple of weeks til he's used to the new cot.

He's been through lots of different phases with his sleep since he was little, phases of waking and chatting/shouting and phases of sleeping brilliantly. My dd was the same and now sleeps 14 hours in her own cot so I'm just going to keep feeding on demand and not worry about it much.

I'd keep him in with you til he's six months but try without the sleepyhead if you think it's not helping.
