4 month old not going back to sleep at night feeds!!!!!

I have a 4 month old who just won’t go back to sleep at night feeds, it use to be ok feed & down, max up for an hr. But strangely in last 10 days when wakes I just can’t put her back in cot. Bedtime was 7.30pm then woke at 10.30 I breastfed and put her down but woke, repeated twice and then just had to rock baby, but nothing worked I was up for over 3 hrs, I tried leaving in cot and jiggling it then dh took over & eventually held to sleep for 2hrs. Baby wasn’t in pain, checked nappy. I can’t hold or co-sleep as I can’t switch off.

I’ve switched to formula bottle at bedtime to try to break the boob association and I’m soo close to switching to formula completely - will this help??
Baby doesn’t nap well & is v alert, have to go out in pram each time so I’m exhausted. I try to feed on wake up from nap in daytime but it can’t be normal to not get baby to sleep at night??? I’m pretty sure she knows day & night.

What can I do??? Is this the 4 month sleep regression or has baby got too attached to feeding to sleep/ holding. Did think silent reflux but baby’s happy on changing table. Help please!
