What's your baby's sleep pattern?

My 5 month old sleeps something like this:

9pm-3am main night sleep
3-4am breast feed
4-6.30am light sleep

9-10am morning nap

3-4pm afternoon nap

Then repeat. This is not consistent but the pattern that's most common throughout the week.

Is this enough sleep? Should I be putting him to bed earlier?

Any tips gratefully received :)

My 5 month olds routine looks like this

7pm down for the night
10/11pm dream feed ( when I go to bed)

She will then usually sleep to 7/8am, with a couple of wake ups for a quick feed/comfort (usually 1am and 4am ish)

During the day she usually has 3 naps, of around 45mins each (these are currently a battle)!

Obviously this can vary a lot, I'm not sure she's getting enough sleep during the day but who knows. I would also love her to not wake as frequently in the night! Grin

As long as your routine works for you and you're both happy, I think that's the main thing!
