My DD has slept in my bed since 8 months old. My dp has slept in her bed since she was around 2 and started needing more space. It is not ideal no, but she slept and we slept and everyone slept and it was good.
I’ve made half hearted attempts since to get her sleeping in her own bed but she always comes to me sometime before midnight with tears and wants me. I love to have her as she’s my lovely daughter who I want to keep and help her feel safe.
I need to help her get to her own bed for good as we have a baby now and he’s sleeps in crib next to me until he is a little older I hope 
Any success stories or tips/advice ?
