14 week old wakes up sucking hand

My 14 week old has never been a great sleeper, however we may have turned a slight corner after hourly wakings (4 month regression?) at the beginning of month. She falls asleep fine and will move her head back and forth to settle herself. However she also puts her hands/fingers/thumbs in her mouth (which is fine) however it seems to wake her up rather than settle her! She’ll do a four hour stint at the beginning of the night swaddled (noisily self settling between sleep cycles) and then after that, the hand sucking starts (she breaks out swaddle) with wakenings every sleep cycle or more. I will feed her but she only seems to want one feed. She sucks her hand a lot during the day and is very very dribbly. I never used to swaddle her, however since finding her hands (or teething?) I’ve had to in order to get her to sleep the first part of the night. Anyone have the same problems/any ideas?
