3 year old waking every 2-3 hours

Help!!

Since my 3 year old turned 3 in September she has woken pretty much every few hours a night and I have tried everything!

Currently a few weeks into the rapid return method which does seem to be working (still waking but goes back to her room and mostly doesn't scream and cry)

She will tell me she wants me and that she wants to come and sleep in the bed with me ( cosleeping has never worked for us and when on the odd occasion I have brought her in with us she just lays there awake and doesn't want to sleep)

Has anyone else experienced this if so can you give an advice as to how long it lasted? Is there a 3 year sleep regression that I just don't know about?

Thank you

Just sounds like she needs you to fall asleep - as you know they go through so many different stages. Maybe she has started to have nightmares/has become much more aware. Can you lie with her till she goes to sleep?

Yes I can but she is still in a cot bed size bed so I need to really get a bigger bed for her, being 17 weeks pregnant and squeezing onto her bed isn't the most comfortable of sleeps lol!

Thanks for the reply.
