Hi everyone!! I’m after some advise on getting my 15 month old to stay asleep at night. This is my 5th child and have never had it with any of my others. His bedtime can be anywhere between 7.30 and 10pm depending on nap times during the day etc, but for about a month now he wakes up at between 11pm and midnight and stays awake wanting to play for around 4hours, so I get to bed around 3-4am every night, and have to be up 7.30 with the other children for school. I have tried getting him up different times on the morning, different nap times, no nap, different times for settling on the night, but he still gets up the same time. Any advise would be greatly appreciated as I am one exhausted mammy

Silent Return.

Boring, consistent, loving, but unrewarding for the child.

Can take anything from 1 night to 1 month, but it's time (and fatigue) well-invested.
