Hi. Im looking for some advice re my little boys sleeping. He has just gone 12 months old. He currently goes to bed around 7pm but we say in his room by his cot until he falls asleep which usually is quite quickly. Sometimes he has a little cry 1st but eventually goes to sleep. Between him going to sleep and my partner and i going to bed, he usually wakes up crying around 4 times. We go into his room, lay him back down again, tap his back and he falls back to sleep again. Once we have gone to bed every night he wakes up crying within 30 mins ans constantly wakes up after that so we just bring him into our bed where he sleeps great He has no dummy, comfort blanket or teddy thats hes particularly attached to. Does anyone have any ideas or advice to how we can tackle this. Thanks x

Personally, I'd just let him sleep in your bed but if that's not an option for you, then try sleeping with his cot sheets for a couloir of nights before you put them on his mattress so they have the familiar scent of you.

Have you tried the No Cry Sleep Solution too? Smile
