So me and my ebf 10 month old have been co sleeping since he was born. This was not on purpose, he just would never settle and I needed to do anything to get some sleep. (I have a 3 year old to look after)
I really want to get him in his own cot. The issue is he settles fine at first and sends himself off to sleep, once he wakes up he will not settle back to sleep on his own.
I don’t know what to do, I’m exhausted and working full time.
He still wakes up during the night and comfort feeds back to sleep.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
