Night feeding 18 months old

Hi there, im sure theres a lot of threads like this already, so i apologise if there is.

My 18 month old girl still wakes quite often in the night for milk (out of habit, I know). It's becoming more and more difficult now that we also have a 3 month old, some nights I don't sleep at all!

Looking for some advice/stories on how to drop the feeds? She's never taken a dummy and isn't used to coming into our bed at night times so the only thing that settles her is a bottle! Just want to get her sleeping through really

Thanks :)

Have you tried giving her some cereal just before bed? We started giving our DD porridge with her bed time milk and she slept through. If your DD is still waking then at least you’ll know it’s out of habit rather than hunger

Thank you for the advice! tried this, this evening and it did seem to help, but unfortunately she is back with a vengeance now haha

I'll persevere though and hopefully we'll break the habit eventually, just a few rough nights ahead I think

Thanks again :)
