Hi all,
I mostly lurk on MN but am looking for some advice on how to get my son to nap longer.
He sleeps brilliantly at night with just a dream feed at 10 and then sleeps through until 7.
My issue is that he doesn't nap well during the day and I'm really keen for him to be in some sort of routine by now.
He goes down like clockwork at 9am for anywhere between 30-60 mins but when it comes to the 'long lunchtime sleep', he'll go for 40 minutes max.
Am I expecting too much too soon? He's grumpy for the whole afternoon after such a short nap but just screams if I put him down again....
