Advice on reducing night feeds (ff) for a 7m old - currently having 360ml a night

Any help very gratefully received! DS2 is 7months and has always consumed a lot. Was/is a big baby.

Currently has three meals a day, mixing baby led and purées, plus around 400ml milk during the day. Then waking 2-3 times a night and having about 3-400ml overnight.

I really hoped that weaning would naturally lead him to reduce night feeds, but not yet... I’ve tried not offering milk but just soothing him but he’s having none of it, just wants milk. I really feel he could be drinking and waking less, but not sure how to encourage him. I go back to work in a few weeks and would dearly love to improve the situation.

Maybe progressively offer less in each overnight bottle and hopefully they will make up the shortfall during the day

Thank you, Demented - that’s such a simple idea, can’t believe we didn’t think of it!
