Hi all, my LG is my 3rd and is hitting 4 months this weekend. I am well aware of 4 month sleep regression and it has hit in full force the past 2 nights - and I am on my knees! I have been making notes this week and am horrified to see she has 7 mini sleeps a day, mostly of 30 mins. My 1st was like this but my 2nd was a dream in comparison and I basically can't remember/ don't know how to get dd3 to sleep longer in the day! She currently falls asleep in a rocker or buggy. Not ideal and I know should get her to start sleeping in her cot - but when I do manage this she only sleeps 15-20 mins.
So basically, any tips to help get her into a cot and lengthen her sleeps to 60-90mins? She CAN sleep this long if rocked or ocassionally after being for a walk. I feel like if I can crack day time sleeping night time will be better, or at least I will be able to nap too! I have a nearly 2 year old at home 3 days a week and then a nearly 5 year old out of school hours so finding it a challenge to focus on baby sleep!
Thanks and apologies if this is rambling - not thinking straight!
