sleeping on tummy - can't roll over

Ds (10 months) has suddenly taken to sleeping on his tummy. I put him down on his back but he levers himself off the cot bars to turn himself over. I'm a bit worried because I'm fairly sure he can't turn himself over again - I have never seen him roll over - but he's pretty old and can lift his head up fine when on his tummy. Am I worrying over nothing? Any advice appreciated!

My little one has also been doing it. I have been putting him on his tummy lots during the day to help him practice to roll back by himself. He's nearly cracked it!

My (almost 10 month old) also does the same and can't roll back. I'm happy to let her stay that way though because she can lift her head clear of the mattress. I've found that she seems to sleep better on her tummy too so I'm reluctant to stop it!
